Employee Benefits Open Enrollment 2026
Take Action by October 30, 2026
Richmond Public Schools (RPS) is committed to offering a competitive, affordable benefits package that supports the health and well-being of our employees and their dependents.
All employees must complete the open enrollment process by October 30, 2026, whether electing or waiving coverage.
How to Enroll
Visit the RPS Benefits Enrollment Portal to review your options and make your elections.
To log in:

Enter your Social Security number or employee ID.

Enter your six-digit PIN. Your initial PIN consists of the last four digits of your Social Security number followed by the last two digits of your birth year.

After your first login, the system will prompt you to create a new PIN.
Not enrolling in RPS benefits? You must still log in to the portal and formally waive coverage.
